Slab used (thickness 135mm- 180mm)*(width 700- 1300mm)*(length of fixed length billet is 6000 12700mm), the maximum unit weight of slab is 22.7T, and it mainly produces galvanized sheet, ultra deep drawing sheet, structural steel, non oriented silicon steel, low carbon steel, automobile girder steel, 510L pipeline steel, etc. the product specifications are: strip thickness: 1.2 12.7mm, strip width: 700 1300mm, inner diameter of steel coil: 762mm, outer diameter of steel coil:  2000mm (maximum), coil weight: 22.6T (maximum).

The main equipment components of the rolling line include: Regenerative stepping heating furnace, high-pressure water descaling device before roughing, vertical roll mill, four roll roughing mill, waste ejecting device, hot coil box, head and tail flying shear, high-pressure water descaling device before finishing rolling, F1 F7 finishing rolling unit, laminar cooling device, underground coiler, coil unloading trolley, stepping conveyor, coil inspection line, etc. In addition, there are thickness gauge, width gauge, convexity gauge, flatness gauge, pyrometer and other detection instruments, as well as automatic baler, automatic marking machine and other equipment. And a Danieli leveling line is configured. Among them: the heating furnace is designed and built by Beijing Shenwu; Danieli process technology is responsible for the design and manufacture of double subcontracting equipment from roughing descaling mill to coil transportation line and levelling line. The transmission and automatic control are contracted by Siemens and JINZI Tianzheng; The rolling mill motor is provided by Harbin Electric.
